"Ministering to people with broken lives by means of the Gospel of Jesus Christ involves the rigors of prayer, Bible study, wisdom from above, and outright spiritual warfare. Over time it can take its toll, oftentimes unwittingly, on those engaged in ministry. Opengate Inn is an excellent venue, in a quiet and beautiful setting, for laborers in His vineyard to “come apart and rest awhile.”

Someone once said, “The will of God will not lead you where the grace of God cannot keep you.” That has been true over the course of our life and ministry including His provision of Opengate Inn.
Hebrews 10:23-25 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.
